Crafting used to suck, not anymore!

• Added actual progression.
• Added the Fabricator which crafts almost all the Expansion items.
• Added the Assembler which crafts vehicles and weapons.
• Added +/- 20 new crafting items
• Added 3 new ores: Titanium ore, Cryonite Ore and Vulcanium Ore
• Added 4 new materials: Raw Titanium, Amethonium Alloy, Cryonite Crystals and Vulcanium Shards
• Added the Oxygenator block, it supplies oxygen in enclosed space bases!
• Added custom skies. So the Earth is now visible from the Moon and stars are much more beautiful.
• Overhauled the guidebooks.
• Reworked the Terraformer, Enhancer, Lacrymae Extractor, Moon Buggy.
• San Holo's trades are no longer a bottleneck in progression and are also much cheaper.
• Tweaked some loot tables and structure rarity to make it less overpowered.
• Fixed a load of bugs.
