Better With Patches

Fixes:

• The mod should no longer crash on servers and when intersecting with questionably designed mods
• Corrected an oversight in Cauldron/Crucible NEI handlers that caused invalid amounts of items to be displayed
• More vanilla recipes are now supported inside the Soulforged Steel Anvil, but Shaped recipes can only be crafted in the top left 3x3 space

• Brought back some of the materials from later versions of BWM, only a few are usable at the moment
• Traditional Soulforged Steel Armor
• Original armor set with a custom model, two separate dye channels and visual flair;
  Dyes can be applied in any crafting table (the Soulforged Steel Anvil lets you apply 15 dyes to a channel at the same time!).
  The first set of dyes will be applied to the Steel parts, and the second will dye the Leather ones.
  You can only dye the channels once - to change something, you will have to wash all of the dyes off using a vanilla Cauldron with water inside.
