Burning Furnace

- Modified the Underwater lit block interaction to emit small particles when the lit blast furnace and smoker blocks are underwater, without the pull-down effect.

- Smoker powered by the generator interaction doesn't function underwater.

- Item transformation near a lit block doesn't work underwater.

- Introduced a new feature that enhances the pull-down effect of the furnace when it is powered by a generator underwater.

- Added the ability to cook half cooked food items into fully cooked items with any value specified for Custom_smelting_recipes in the configuration (true/false).
