-buffed Necromancer by giving him more passive movement and a new ability to knock back attackers
-Necromance Projectiles now do AOE Damage
-improved Mind Control effect so mobs don't attack themselves anymore
-increased the spawn chance of the Necromancer again
-decreased the cooldown between attacks of the Dark Wizard
-fixed soul absorb projectiles doing damage while passing through entities
-fixed Death Scythe triggering "Best Friends Forever" advancement
-fixed Necromancer shooting normal arrows
