Friend or Foe v0.4.1 for mc1.20.1

Added a new config option to prevent players from going over the original starting lives.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug using the scoreboard cammand overriding the forf lives list
- Moved the logic for players when lives are changed into the actual EntityDataSaver mixin for fixing current bugs and preventing issues in the future
- Optimized a little bit for slight performance improvement
- Fix an issue where a player could give lives to themselves, but it ended up just deleting the lives
- Made the PersistentData save the values in the scoreboard so that on restart, it showed the accurate value
- Fixed a bug where a player with previous nbt lingering would be able to keep that data if they weren't a forf player
- Improved offline data saving
