Just More Cakes! (NeoForge) 1.19.1-1.21

Fixed 'disable_cake_crafting_recipe' config
Added a custom damage type for obsidian cake (with a couple funny death messages)
Lowered required Fabric version from 0.16.0 back to 0.15.11
Adjusted some tags as well as fixed some tags having air in them
Modified 'Birthday Song' advancement to allow modded cakes (Along with a config to disable modification)
Improved cake tiering/stacking logic (e.g. if the top layer has been eaten off a three tiered cake the layer can be placed back)
