~ bankManagementGUI: Textbox for balance shows now the total balance not the freely available balance.
~ Using the BankingSoftware using rightclick to open the bank screen can now only be done in creative mode.

Enables text messages in the chat for when a bank transaction happens

Set the starting money balance for new players

+ /bank setItemTransferTickInterval
Set the amount of ticks it uses for a item to be transfered in the bank terminal block. If set to 0, it will be instant.

Save all bank data

New Blocks + BankUploadBlock Used to send items to the bank, can be connected to pipes/hoppers.
