The Aether: Redux

WE'RE ALMOST IN BETA!

This is a relatively small update all things considered, but I'm pretty excited for the end of the alphas!

(the end of the alphas is marked by the addition of biomes, the full beta.1 will use an API specifically designed to add biomes to the Aether, called AeroBlender)

CHANGELOG:

• Biome Tests and New Noise datapacks are now automatically applied when a world is created
• Biome Tests datapack is now compatible with the Deep Aether addon and the Aether: Crystallium addon
• Added a new built-in optional overrides resource pack which is applied on first startup with this version
• New textures for Aether's grass plant, it is now shorter
• Slight alteration of the color pallete of the Vallyx flower
• Vallyx and Frostbud flowers (should) now properly spawn snowy when on snow
• Aerclouds have new, Jappa-consistent textures
• Continued to improve upon the New Noise datapack
