This fixes some of the axolotl bugs in 20w51a.  
 

The fixed bugs are:

  • Axlotls didn't give regen and remove mining fatigue when player killed an attacking mob
  • Axolotls didn't attack elder guardians
  • Axolotl buckets didn't save axolotl nbt data
