Multitasking

• Make proper cleanup on server shutdown (avoids memoryleaks on singleplayer)
• Added config to set initial thread count for new worlds (config folder)
• Added config to efectivetly ignore the first crash occurred on ticking level (very experimental and not recomended)
• added Russian translations (by the well know mpustovoi)
