BUG FIXES:
-Fixed an issue where almost every zombie animation had a glitch in one of the arms during the idle animation
-Adjusted the procedure for all monsters so that block light is taken into account when spawning correctly, this should fix an issue some people have been having where the mobs can spawn inside lit places
