Performance fix. This version finally actually works in terms of performance and will have a small impact on chunk loading times.
Structure adjustments: some structures have been adjusted to fit better in the world, loot tables have been fixed or added, etc.

The new update puts the total structure count to 87!
The structures will also now do checks for the shape of land, this will prevent them spawning on steep cliffs or just too bumpy terrain. The structure can no longer spawn on each other or in clumps like in the older versions. All valid structures will no longer spawn on water. This means where a river and land biome over sect, the land structure will no longer spawn in the river. Nether structures have now been enabled and will spawn correctly.
