New structure type added named Ancient Ruins. Since the structures are considered to be older than others, they will spawn lots of zombies around them. So be careful.

MOD CONFIGS -Added a spawn list for only land type ruins. Spawn list is in beta.
BUG FIX -Certain structures were not spawning right because one of the custom structure sets being off.
