• Added Hotbar Hud

When enabled, changes the Hotbar to be in Ultrakill-Style Config Options include:

• Display Side
• Chat Modification (how chat will act when its enabled)
• Item Name Display (how held item name is displayed)
• Colors (changes the color of the hud)
• Background Opacity and Color

• Added Background color customizability for the style meter

This version is just a beta test, so nothing is final!
