Worldgen Devtools

This release adds a feature generation JFR event #6 (thanks @misode)

• This merges the worldgen-profiling mod into this mod, adding configured feature events to the /jfr command.
• For now see https://github.com/misode/worldgen-profiling/blob/main/README.md for a tutorial on how to analyse the jfr reports.

• added a warning message shown in the actionbar when placing or breaking blocks while the saveChunks gamerule is set to false.
• fixed raw translation keys being shown when using the mod on a server with a vanilla client.
• added more metadata for mod menu.

Added a "Create Symlink" button when dragging a data pack or resource pack into the pack selection screen.

• When the destination isn't in the allowed_symlinks.txt file, it gets added automatically.

Updated supported Minecraft versions to also include 1.20.6. This version also continues to support 1.20.5

• changed how reloading with removed datapack definitions of dimensions are handled. In beta 1 it would assume that the "Default" preset is used. Instead, the dimension is now kept, which mirrors the behavior of vanilla when reloading the world (since these definitions are saved in level.dat). This change also means that it is now possible to reload a flat-world.
• fixed 2 more crashes when reloading

First beta release. The registry reloader should now be relatively crash-free, but please report any that you encounter.
