Marked all optional mods as enabled to streamline install process, moved server side to separate release.

Removed Ennuis Bigger Inventories as it was uneeded and caused issues with other inventory menues.
Removed DeathLog as it caused clients to disconnect from servers upon death. (and was redundant with Universal Graves)
