This is a very nitpicky language pack that fixes my pet peeves with the name of Chiselled Bookshelves >:)

  1. Why does it sound like just a bookshelf variant when it's the actual functional block? Surely it should take the forefront over the old bookshelf, now we have a working one?
  2. It should be a bookcase instead of a shelf, as it's a free-standing piece of furniture!

To solve this extremely critical, game-breaking issue, this pack renames the Chiselled Bookshelf to Bookcase, and the old Bookshelf to Book-Patterned Planks, in order to reflect its decorative nature. It supports all the in-game English dialects en_us, en_au, en_ca, en_gb en_nz as well as the fun ones!

  • en_ud (Upside Down) - Self-explanatory
  • en_pt (Pirate) - Bookcase becomes Stack o' knowledge, Book-Patterned Planks becomes Planks o' no knowledge
  • enp (Anglish) - Bookcase becomes Book Cupboard, Book-Patterned Planks becomes Book-Mustered Boards
  • enws (Shakespearean) - Bookcase stays the same, Book-Patterned Planks becomes Book-Patterned Timber

French, German and Spansish translations may come at some point in the future. If you want to contribute a new language, you can submit a pull request on the GitHub (greatly appreciated!!)

This pack synergises well with All Bookshelves in Lecterns and Chiseled Bookshelves Add Enchantment Power!
